Coffee is perishable and our beans are roasted to order, so we are unable to accept returns on coffee. But don’t worry – we are here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at support@nayapremiumcoffee.com within 30 days of your purchase.


The NAYA vault is exchangeable or returnable within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to us at support@nayapremiumcoffee.com.
