The perfect micro-climate and rich volcanic soil on steep terrain make for an unparalleled “terroir” that can be tasted in the beans’ distinctive characteristics. Our innovative fermentation methods highlight the coffee’s flavor complexity. The resulting cup is rich and creamy bodied, reminiscent of toffee with undertones of fruit and citrus, finishing with hints of caramel and honey, leaving the palate with prolonged sweetness.
